Your refund policy needs to protect you first. Digital products and coaching are abuse magnets. If you leave gaps, people will take the product, extract value, then ask for a refund.

At Giuseppe Nasti, we provide digital products and one-on-one coaching services. Due to the nature of these offerings, all sales are considered final unless otherwise stated below.
1. Digital Products (eBooks, Guides, Downloads)
All digital product purchases are non-refundable.
Once a product has been accessed, downloaded, or delivered, it cannot be returned. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:

You waive any right to request a refund under “change of mind”

No refunds will be issued for lack of results, misunderstanding, or failure to implement the material

2. One-on-One Coaching
All coaching sessions are non-refundable once booked.
However:

You may reschedule your session with at least 24 hours’ notice

Missed sessions or late cancellations (less than 24 hours) will be forfeited without refund

If Giuseppe Nasti is unable to attend a scheduled session, it will be rescheduled at no additional cost
Coaching is a results-driven service, but outcomes depend entirely on your effort, consistency, and application. No guarantees are made.
3. Chargebacks & Disputes
By purchasing from Giuseppe Nasti, you agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes without first contacting us.
Any fraudulent chargebacks will be contested with evidence of access, delivery, and agreement to these terms.
